Terms of Service — SigmaTracker

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of SigmaTracker (the "App", "we", "us"), an iOS app that lets you watch public cryptocurrency wallet balances across multiple blockchains and, optionally, your exchange account balances. By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

SigmaTracker is an independent project developed and maintained by an individual. There is currently no associated legal entity or company. References to "we," "us," or "the developer" in these Terms mean that individual developer.

1. What SigmaTracker Is

SigmaTracker is a read-only, informational tool. You add public wallet addresses, and optionally connect an exchange account, and the App reads their publicly-visible balances from partner services that provide blockchain data, and from exchange APIs, and shows you those balances and how they change over time. SigmaTracker is not a wallet. It cannot generate or import private keys or seed phrases, cannot sign anything, and has no mechanism whatsoever to send, receive, move, trade, or withdraw funds on any network or exchange. It has no custody of, and no access to, any assets. You may optionally subscribe to SigmaTracker Plus or Degen and save encrypted backups of your data to a folder you choose; both are described below.

2. Informational Purposes Only — Not Financial Advice

Everything the App shows you — balances, historical changes, and prices — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The App does not recommend, endorse, or evaluate any asset, address, exchange, or course of action. Nothing in the App creates a fiduciary relationship, agency, partnership, or joint venture between you and the developer.

You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on information shown in the App, and for any tax reporting or other regulatory obligations arising from your use of the App in your jurisdiction.

3. Data Comes From Third Parties — May Be Wrong, Delayed, or Unavailable

Balances, prices and market data are read from partner services that provide market and blockchain data and, if you connect one, from your exchange's own API. Most of these services, and the exchanges, are not operated or controlled by us; the price service we operate is run by the individual developer on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. As a result:

• A balance or price shown in the App may be delayed, temporarily unavailable, or simply wrong — because of a provider or price-service outage, rate limiting, a chain reorganization, network conditions, or any other cause outside our control.
• Background refresh depends on iOS's own scheduler, which may skip a scheduled check entirely; a balance you see may not reflect a very recent on-chain or exchange change, and a change notification is best-effort, not guaranteed.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed by the App, and we bear no responsibility for a third-party provider's or exchange's errors, downtime, or discontinuation.

Do not rely on the App as your sole source of truth for a balance or price where accuracy is critical — verify independently, for example directly on a block explorer or your exchange's own app, before acting on anything the App shows you.

4. Exchange Connections — Your Responsibility

Connecting an account at a supported exchange is optional. The App is read-only by design: it cannot and does not place a trade, deposit, withdraw, or transfer funds, or take any other action on your exchange account. You are solely responsible for the API key you create and enter, and for making sure it is a read-only key. The App refuses a key it can confirm is not read-only, but some exchanges provide no way to confirm a key's permissions programmatically, so you must check this yourself when creating a key. If you enter a key with broader permissions than read-only, the developer bears no responsibility for anything done with that key, by anyone, whether or not through the App.

You can revoke a key at any time from your exchange account's own settings; doing so simply stops the App from being able to read that account's balances.

5. Backups & Your Data

The App has no sign-in. Your data is kept on your device, and some of it also reaches our server so that the App's features can work, as described by category in the Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee that server-side copy: it may be lost or removed at any time, and server-side data of an account inactive for 3 months is deleted. Your device and your own backups are the durable copy. You may save an encrypted backup file to a folder you choose. The backup is encrypted, by default with a backup key the App keeps in your iCloud Keychain and uses only after you confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode, or optionally with a password that you enter each time and that the App does not store. We receive neither the key nor the password, so we cannot recover them for you: if you lose the backup key (for example by losing access to your iCloud Keychain) or the password, or the backup file, we cannot restore your data. You are responsible for keeping them safe. What a backup contains, and how your data is handled, is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. SigmaTracker Plus Subscription

SigmaTracker Plus (monthly or annual) and SigmaTracker Degen (annual) are optional, auto-renewing subscriptions. Both remove or raise the free tier's limits and unlock additional features; what they include is shown in the App before you subscribe and may change over time. Degen is otherwise identical to Plus apart from a cosmetic Degen badge.

• Pricing is set in the App Store and shown to you there before you subscribe; we do not display or store the price ourselves.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account's subscription settings — the App itself has no separate cancellation flow, because the App Store is the system of record for the purchase.
• Canceling stops future renewals; access to the unlocked features continues until the end of the period you already paid for, after which the free tier's limits apply again.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own refund policies; we cannot issue a refund directly.
• Purchases made through the App Store are additionally governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

7. "As Is" — No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, OR AVAILABILITY.

We do not warrant that the App, any optional feature or subscription, will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs, or that any balance, price, or notification will be accurate, timely, or delivered at all. You use the App entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability — You Assume All Risk

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any claim, loss, or damages of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary — including but not limited to:

• Any decision you make, or fail to make, based on a balance, price, or notification shown by the App.
• Inaccurate, delayed, or missing data from any third-party provider or exchange the App relies on.
• A missed or delayed notification.
• Loss of a backup file, its backup key or its password, or unavailability or discontinuation of our price service.
• Misuse of an exchange API key you created or entered, including one with broader-than-read-only permissions.
• Bugs, defects, or vulnerabilities in the App's code.
• Any other cause arising from or in connection with the App or your use of it.

This applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the App never holds or moves your funds and cannot trade or withdraw on your behalf, it cannot itself cause you to lose them — but you nonetheless assume all risk of relying on the information it displays and of any key you choose to connect.

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (such as for fraud or willful misconduct); where a jurisdiction does not permit certain exclusions, this section applies to the maximum extent that jurisdiction allows.

9. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You represent that you are of legal age to use the App in your jurisdiction and that your use of it is lawful where you are located. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent the App or the third-party infrastructure it relies on.

10. Governing Terms

SigmaTracker is offered by an independent individual developer with no associated legal entity. These Terms do not designate a specific jurisdiction's law or courts as exclusively governing; where a dispute arises, the mandatory consumer-protection or other law of your own jurisdiction applies to the extent it cannot be excluded, and the limitations in Sections 7 and 8 apply to the maximum extent that law allows.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when adding support for additional networks or exchanges, changing which third-party providers are used, or changing the Plus subscription. The date at the top of this document indicates the last revision. Continued use of the App after a change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, your only recourse is to stop using the App.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Because the App never holds your funds, uninstalling it has no effect whatsoever on any asset — everything you were tracking remains exactly where it always was, on-chain or on your exchange, independently of the App. Uninstalling ends any active subscription's use of the App but does not, by itself, cancel the subscription in the App Store — cancel there separately if you don't intend to keep it. We may discontinue, modify, or restrict the App or our price service at our sole discretion and without notice.
